VR Shooters take place on a large 200 m² arena where up to 8 people play together.
VR Cube and VR Escape Room games are played in smaller 25 m² areas with up to 4 people per game.

VR Shooters: up to 8 people
VR Escape Rooms: up to 6 people
VR Cube: up to 4 people

For larger groups, players take turns – watching is also part of the fun!

For VR Cube and VR Escape Room games, you can choose on site.
For VR Shooters, you need to choose in advance only if another group books the same time slot. If you’re alone in the slot (which is usually the case), you can choose freely on site.

Only with VR Shooters it’s possible – but rare – to be matched with another group if you book for less than 8 players.
In VR Cube and VR Escape Rooms, you always play privately with your own group.

No. As long as your glasses aren’t oversized, you can wear them comfortably under the headset. Nearsighted players should keep them on; farsighted players usually don’t need them.

If you want to be sure you can play, we recommend a reservation. But you’re also welcome to drop by spontaneously – maybe a slot is still free!

If you just come to play, about 45 minutes is enough. Most guests stay for 1.5–2 hours to watch, grab a drink, and hang out.

One drink is okay – but for safety reasons, we can’t let you play if you’re heavily intoxicated.

VR Shooters are quite intense, so we usually advise against them.
In the VR Cube category, there are calm and suitable games for pregnant guests.

Unfortunately not, as VR experiences may trigger seizures in some cases.

Most VR Shooter experiences are recommended for ages 12+. Some locations also run special sessions for kids from age 8. Reach out to VR City Zürich at [email protected] and we’ll guide you to the best option for your group.

Most games are team-based. But we also have competitive games where you split into two groups.

VR Shooters unfortunately aren’t accessible for wheelchairs. But the VR Cube category includes suitable games. Please contact us in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Thanks to our modern technology, motion sickness is extremely rare. If you ever feel unwell, just take off the headset – no problem!

The games are available in all major languages. Our staff speaks German and English.
