General Terms and Conditions

Scope

These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between VR City AG (hereinafter the Operator) and the unregistered user or registered user of the VR City AG platform. A user is any natural or legal person who manually or automatically accesses the content and services of VR City AG.

By using VR City AG and the services offered on it, the user or member agrees to these General Terms and Conditions. The Operator reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time and without stating reasons. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. By continuing to use the services and products after the amended General Terms and Conditions come into force, the user agrees to them.

Membership

As soon as the user registers with VR City AG, they are considered a member. They receive a personal account with a username and password; these may not be shared. The member is solely responsible for keeping them secure.

Registration under a false name, false address, false date of birth, or with fictitious email accounts is not permitted.

The member undertakes in particular:

– not to distribute defamatory, offensive, or unlawful material

– not to harass or threaten other users

– not to introduce viruses or harmful software

– not to negatively affect the availability of the platform

– not to use it, without prior agreement, to offer goods or services

The Operator is entitled to review content and, where necessary, amend or delete it. The member undertakes to indemnify the Operator against any possible damages. Both parties may terminate the membership at any time. Upon termination, all stored data will be deleted.

Loyalty Program / VR Coins

VR City AG may offer a loyalty program, in particular in the form of VR Coins, credits, benefits, status levels, or similar rewards. There is no entitlement to the introduction, maintenance, or continuation of such a program.

VR Coins and other loyalty program benefits have no cash value, bear no interest, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged, in whole or in part, for cash or for any services unless VR City AG has expressly agreed otherwise.

VR City AG reserves the right to change, restrict, supplement, suspend, or discontinue the rules of the loyalty program, the earning conditions, thresholds, benefits, status levels, validity periods, and redemption options at any time and without prior notice.

In the event of technical errors, malfunctions, cancelled or refunded bookings, abuse, manipulation, fraud, use contrary to these General Terms and Conditions, or other improper exploitation of the system, VR City AG is entitled to subsequently correct, block, or cancel, in whole or in part, any VR Coins, status levels, rewards, or other benefits granted, reserved, or redeemed.

VR City AG may temporarily or permanently exclude users from the loyalty program or restrict its use if there are objective indications of abusive or rule-breaking conduct.

Any additional details of the loyalty program, if applicable, are governed by the information published by VR City AG at the relevant time. In the event of any contradiction, these General Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Purchase of Tickets

By confirming the purchase on www.vrcity.ch or by email, a binding purchase agreement is concluded. This cannot be revoked or reversed by the customer.

The game, date, time, number of tickets, and price are fixed. The purchase price becomes due upon confirmation of the purchase. Discount codes cannot be combined. In the event of suspected fraudulent conduct, VR City AG reserves the right to reject tickets.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Refunds are excluded; vouchers will be issued.

– Up to 30 days before the booking date: free of charge

– Up to 14 days: 50% as a voucher

– Up to 7 days: 25% as a voucher

– Less than 7 days: no refund

Cancellation must be made in writing.

Copyright

The information available on www.vrcity.ch is protected by copyright. Any use outside the platform is permitted only with the Operator’s consent.

Operator Liability

The Operator rejects any liability for damages arising from the use of the platform. The Operator provides no warranty for the accuracy of published information.

The Operator is not liable for unauthorized access to user data or for misuse by third parties.

Severability Clause

Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction

Swiss law shall apply exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich / ZH.
